have no objection to the transfer of the

Basel Mission property by the German Missions

Trustees on trust to another body for the

purpose of carrying on the work of the

Basel Society to the limited extent acceptable

to the Government of Hong Kong. This

transfer could no doubt be affected in

pursuance of Section 5(5) of the German

Missions Trustees Ordinance 1923.

glad to have an expression of your

views on these proposals.
